Stocked Goods:
Orders containing only stocked items must be paid for before they can be dispatched:
Delivery time for stocked goods would take 2 working days to process and dispatch your order. All orders placed after 3 pm will be considered for the next day’s orders.
If you need your item urgently, we recommend calling us before placing your order to ensure we can dispatch it on the same Day.
Customized Products:
Orders containing custom-made goods must be paid for and approved before an order is put into production:
Custom-made items designed by our kit designer or via email are manufactured to order.
The average lead time for an average-size (Single Team Uniforms) order to be manufactured and dispatched is 2-3 weeks from our Production Factory.
This can differ depending on which items are ordered and the time of year that your order is placed, e.g., during summer months and pre-Christmas, our lead time is typically longer.
Orders will be delayed when the logo artwork forwarded is not approved urgently.
However, unusual orders (Big quantities) can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be manufactured & delivered. For more information, If you need your item urgently, we recommend calling us before placing your order to ensure we can dispatch it on the same day.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):
We partner with Canada Post to provide reliable local delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific province.
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after production.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster transit times via Canada Post Priority.
International Shipping:
For our athletes and teams outside of Canada, we utilize premium carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your gear arrives safely and quickly.

Rates: International shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the destination and package dimensions.
Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking:
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
Local Pick-Up:
For teams located near our headquarters, we offer a Local Pick-Up option. Select “Pick Up” at checkout to bypass shipping fees. We will notify you via email as soon as your custom order is ready for collection.
