Return & Refund Policy:

  • Bespoke/Customized Products are ‘made to order,’ and are customized and produced based on customer approval of all order details provided to us. Refunds/Returns for Bespoke/Customized Products with an approved customer order will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.
  • Stock goods that have been altered and produced with an approved customer order will not be accepted. Unaltered stock products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • For unaltered stock products ordered online or via email, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods if you wish to return them for an exchange or refund.
  • If Sports Gild Inc fails to comply with the approved customer order instructions through errors, omissions, or if the product is faulty, we will happily exchange the product. Please note that any exchange for Bespoke/Customized Products requiring a remake will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Notification of an issue/fault with Bespoke/Customized Products ordered via our website kit designer, email, or phone must be within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition, and the customer will be charged for any loss or damage to it.
  • In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can exchange the product for you after receiving the faulty goods. No items will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances until we have received the faulty goods.
  • We do not accept and cannot process returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number and accompanying documentation, which will be provided after notification. Items returned without an approved RA number may be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request an RA number, please contact us. Sports Gild Inc. does not bear the direct costs of returning goods.
