Return & Refund Policy:

  • Bespoke Products are “made to order” and are customized based and produced on customer approval of all order details provided to us. Refunds/Returns for bespoke Products orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted unless faulty
  • Stock goods that have been altered and produced with an approved customer order will not be accepted. Unaltered stock products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • For unaltered stock products ordered online or via email, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods if you wish to return them for an exchange or refund.
  • If Sports Gild Inc failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Notification of an issue/fault with bespoke/custom-made goods ordered by our website kit designer via email or phone must be within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition, and the customer will be charged for any loss or damage to it.
  • In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can exchange the product for you after receiving the defective goods. No items will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance until we have received the faulty goods.
  • We do not accept and cannot process returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation, which will be provided after notification. Any items returned will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a return number, please contact us. Sports Gild Inc. does not bear the direct costs of returning goods.
